At FCF, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@firstclassfragrance.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorisation: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or not in their original condition.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day period.
  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
